Help us test the workflows

Try one task. Show us where it gets difficult.

We are looking for an initial group of ten volunteers to try a document workflow in an approximately 30-minute session. We want to observe setup, the first attempt and whether the result meets its checklist. Problems and unsuccessful attempts are useful feedback.

What taking part involves

Choose PDF-to-Excel, a monthly report, or meeting notes-to-slides. Use our small synthetic example files.
Bring an agent account and computer you are authorized to use, with access to read and create files.
There is no fee to participate. Your agent account’s usual costs and usage limits still apply.
You can stop at any point. We will ask separately before any recording, and you do not need to share private work files.

Registering interest lets us review your request and contact you to arrange a session. It does not book a time or guarantee a place. We may receive more requests than places.

Volunteer for a session

We store your email, chosen task and agent, and the permissions below as an unverified volunteer request. It is separate from newsletter subscriptions and paid team-pilot interest. Requests expire 90 days after the latest submission and are then queued for automatic deletion. After submitting, save the private cancellation link to withdraw and delete your request sooner. Each new submission replaces that link. Do not include private files or prompts.
