Data and privacy
Your files and prompts
The guided workflows run in the agent you choose. OpxSkills does not upload or process your sample files, task files or copied prompts. Follow the data settings of the agent and services you use.
Saved library
Saved skills and workflows are stored in this browser’s local storage. Remove an item in your library or clear site data to delete it. To check for listing updates, the library sends the saved item IDs to OpxSkills; this check does not create a server-side library.
Product usage and results
We record which listed skill or workflow is opened, copied or saved, and any result you choose to report. Reports include the chosen agent, success or failure, and a fixed failure category. We do not collect search text, file contents or prompts in these product events. A random first-party cookie lasts 30 days and groups events from a browser. Product-event records expire after 90 days. Results are user reports, not independent certification.
Subscriptions and pilot interest
Newsletter signup stores your email address and subscription status. Confirm your address before receiving editions; use the unsubscribe link to stop delivery. Delivery uses the configured email provider. Team setup interest stores your email and selected team size and use case, so the site owner can review the request. Submitting interest does not start a paid contract or subscribe you to the newsletter.
Workflow trial volunteers
The volunteer form stores your email, chosen workflow and agent, contact permissions, and latest request time in a separate collection accessible only to administrators. Contact about arranging a session requires your agreement; a follow-up at least seven days after a session is a separate optional choice. Requests are unverified until reviewed with you. They are not newsletter subscriptions, paid-pilot leads or completed trial results. A new submission updates the same email’s choices and permissions. Requests expire 90 days after the latest submission, are excluded from administrator views then, and are queued for automatic database deletion. Trial sessions use synthetic examples; the signup form does not collect files or prompts.
After submitting, save the private cancellation link shown on the form. Open that link and explicitly withdraw to delete the request sooner. A new submission replaces the cancellation link; only the latest link works. We store a hash of its random token, and the link keeps the token in a browser fragment rather than a page request. If a session has already been arranged, also tell the person arranging it that you are withdrawing.
Analytics and external links
The website also uses Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics for site usage. These services can receive public page addresses and technical browser information under their own policies. Newsletter confirmation, cancellation, volunteer signup and administrative pages are excluded. Collection guards remain active during navigation within the site; visiting a private page disables Google Analytics for the rest of that browser document. Publisher links open external websites with their own privacy practices.
